Just got a Zen vision W 60 gig. Love it so far........but, when I downloaded photos on it from a compact flash card, it put them into an imported data file. Now I am trying to get the photos out of the data file. I am unable to get them out to my PC. I have tried everything that I know of, to no avail. I have contacted Creative on line and they have been no help at all. How can I retrieve my photos out of this Data file? Thanks

Connect your computer to your Zen.
Open up My Computer on your desktop.
Look for the drive your Zen is located in.
Click on that drive and search for the folder which has your pictures.
You can then cut/copy and paste those image files (.jpg) to your computer. |
