Dear Posters,

My wife will soon be flying back home to Iraq, she has a F-3 spousal visa, valid until May 2008.

I know there is a form she needs to fill in before she leaves, so she can re-enter Korea without difficulty.

1) Can the form be obtained from immigration, the airport or both?

2) Does the completed form need to be given to the airport, before she flies out, or can it be returned to immigration, or both?

3) Is there any need for her to visit the Korean embassy in Iraq before she returns to Korea, or is that totally unnecessary?

Thank you for your help.

I think you're talking about a "re-entry" form...available at the airport, 30,000 won...have to fill out a form.
