|
|
Recently there was a disruption of major telecommunications cable in Asia, thus making it difficult to communicate by email. Has anybody had trouble receiving emails from Korea lately? I am under contract to teach conversational English in Korea and I have not received my agent has not replied to any of my emails in more than a week.
Thanks for your time and please respond. |

I have had no internet trouble or delays (this includes e-mails) from Korea to the rest of the world.
You are aware that it is the lunar New Year and NOTHING will happen until next Monday. All offices, banks and government departments (like immigration) are closed.
Everything (except retail shopping) is closed during this time and even the majority of stores are closed today (Thursday). |

There are a bunch of things wrong with Korea. Communication services isn't one of them. Korea is wired for it. |
