So I've been trying it for about half an hour now and I can get it to the "enter the code" bit, but my mac keeps giving 8 digit codes and the phone can only handle 6 digit codes... what's a guy gotta do to connect his stupid phone to his stupid mac?!

grrr... and it was going so well:P

Oh yeah, the manuals (even the ones online) are all in Korean and I can't speak enough to comprehend what the hell they're nattering on about... It might also help to know that the only time I get any code is if I try to initialized with the computer, otherwise the phone just asks me for the code but none is given.

So just after I posted this I tried something I never thought could work.

I entered my own code.

It worked.

If anyone else is trying to figure out how to connect their phone to their mac, here's what you do:

1. Search for devices with the phone.

2. Select your computer.

3. Pick what service you want to use (I shot over my phonebook contacts).

4. After hitting OK to send, it'll ask you for the password. Enter a 6 digit number.

5. Enter the same 6 digit number for your mac.

6. Accept all the files.

7. Do the happy file transfer dance.

Done!

Yeah... sorry about this post. If a mod wants to delete it I won't fight it;D
