| I hate to sound like a libertarian, but this is a bit whack. The kennel owner is a moron, but it should be his choice who he sells his animals to. |

| Except that since the kennel owner (a woman) was stupid enough to explain that the reason she wasn't selling the puppy was because the buyer was a lesbian, that's a clear, non-whack case of discrimination. If this still seems whack, substitute any other group (black, muslim, jewish) and hopefully it will seem less whack to you. If the kennel owner didn't want to sell a dog to a lesbian, she needed a find a reason for it that wasn't illegal. |
