As of yet I don't think so. We're not similar to the other foreign groups here. It was discussed a little here.

No. You might as well have flushed 100K a month down the toilet. Apparently it can be counted towards your pension in the UK, but it's not an automatic process. I imagine there would be a lot of jumping-thru-hoops involved, but I don't know for sure because the imformation on that seems impossible to find.
