Hi folks,
I got offered a marketing job at a Korean company but have just found out immigration have refused me an E7 visa because i don't have a masters degree.

It's a kick in the balls but now i need to act rather than cry about it.

Here's the situation:
I live in Seoul on a tourist visa and am looking to get back into teaching. I have 19 months teaching experience in Korea and a Tesol certificate. I quit my PS job after 7 months at December to move to the other company. The fact that i had a public school job means that for my previous visa i had to submit and medical and police check. I stayed in the UK for 2 weeks over Christmas and New Year then came back to Korea.

Now i'm wondering what kind of documents i need to get a new E2 visa. Do i need to get a police check from the Korean police or get a new one from the UK.
I have two notorized copies of my degree.

What else do i need.

If anyone can recommend any good positions becoming available or give any advice at all it would be appreciated.
