You know knowing that JAIL is going to be reformed just doesn't excite me the ways Banks, Phones, Taxes, And Health Care need to be fixed. I just didn't see myself going to the K-Clink any time soon. |

I read someone wise (can't recall who) once wrote that you can tell a lot about a country from looking at the prison facilities.
Of course it shouldn't be an enjoyable existence- quite the contrary, in fact. But everyone, even criminals, deserve humane facilities while incarcerated. |
