Last few times I saw pictures of Woods in action I thought, "hmmm, his arms are getting kinda bulky." (for a golfer)

A month ago he announces taking a year off due to injury; this week the PGA announces they're starting drug testing... convenient? Did they tell their golden boy to hang it up for awhile and clean out his system?

He was playing on a broken knee or leg when that nobody almost beat him a few weeks back. He is lean, but not bulky.

This is evidence of steroids:

Interesting theory, but I just can't believe this one. Tiger, obviously, has the same huge pressure to win as anyone else (eg: Marion Jones, Floyd Landis or Barry Bonds) but I think he really is smart enough not to risk it. I know it's been overstated, but I do believe that his dad had an enormous impact on Tiger's belief system. I don't think he would do it. However, he probably should have had the common sense to listen to his doctors and not play in the Open. Maybe he won, but he risked damaging that knee permanently.

Tiger is notroious for spending hours in the weight room while on the PGA tour. His routine is outlined in this article : http://nbcsports.msnbc.com/id/19468221/

In regards to the new drug testing in golf, this article, http://www.washingtonpost.com/wp-dyn/content/article/2006/08/25/AR2006082501184.html outlined his views on the matter:

Quote:

Tiger Woods said he would like to see testing on the PGA Tour for performance-enhancing drugs as soon as possible to make sure golf remains clean.

"I don't know when we could get that implemented," Woods said. "Tomorrow would be fine with me."

"I think we should be proactive instead of reactive," he said. "I just think we should be ahead of it and keep our sport as pure as can be. This is a great sport, and it's always been clean."

I don't think Tiger has taken roids. He earned over $100 million in endorsements last year, I think he can afford the best trainers, advice, and legal supplements. Tiger's the man, the best golfer ever.
