Are schools paying bills, or paying on-time, more than past?

I've noticed far fewer "My school is not paying me" or "My school is late with pay" messages than in years past. I used to see 5 or 10 of those kinds of messages per week. Now it's more like 2 or 3.

Anyone else noticed this trend? What is causing it? Are the teachers more valued than before? Are teachers becoming so difficult to find (or to place due to paperwork) that schools are afraid to make them unhappy?

Or are teachers far more inclined to know about things such as the labor board these days?
