They seem to live normal lives otherwise. What is it with their attraction to-wards pedophilia. Are they born dysfunctional or what? Apparently treament of them is difficult, because the loathsomeness of the crime means funding isn't readily available. Individuals willing to work with them are few in number as well.
Studies have shown that child molesters see their crime as not originating from themselves. They distance themselves emotionaly, and mentally from the travesty, and view it objectively as if they were not part of it. |
