Police Want to Send CRC to Korean Ploice or Cdn. Embassy

The Ottawa Police will only send my CRC to the CDN embassy or a Korean Ploice station from there I can pick it up.

I literally cannot contact the embassy by phone or e-mail it seems. So even if I go down there to get a contact number, I wonder how I will ever know when the CRC has arrived so that I can pick it up. They are SWAMPED.

Anyone else have this issue?
