Has anyone else noticed a drastic increase in loading times for websites abroad (the US in this case, but anyone noticing this from other countries)? I usually check cnn.com, theonionavclub, youtube, etc. and they've all been running sloooooooowwwwly. Is this my imagination or is there a problem with the series of tubes that comprise the internet? |

for the longest time I have noticed a difference in load times for overseas websights, not much of a difference, but a difference none the less. |

still trying cnn and it's not even worth the wait, luckily NYT site is still working. This is a problem I've had at home and at school. What gives? |

I was told by my director the first day I got here that internet was going to be super fast compared to the US, but only for sites in the ROK... of course, he was in the US a long time ago and speed has been boosted a bit... I have no idea what causes this phenomena either but if it is a conspiracy to show Koreans how great Korean internet is... it does the opposite to foreigners... |
