I got tired of looking on the internet for the info, so please excuse me it there is an obvious answer- but is this place open or not? All the info I could find said it was coming soon.

Yes, it's open. Was just there today and bought a router.
Not very big compared to the old Technomart or Yongsan. You can go see it, but there is still an awful lot of space for vendors to fill it up. |

| It is pretty empty compared to East Seoul Technomart and can't come close to comparing to Yongsan...give it time to fill up. |

| There is also a small E-mart in the basement. It's all connected to the subway underground. |
