I just learned that there is a hockey league in northeast Asia, and there are two teams in Seoul. One play their play home games in Anyang-the Anyang Jalla. URL and email are below.

| I won season tickets to the Halla a couple of years ago at a Canadian Embassy Thanksgiving get together. They were really big on promotion at the time so I got to go meet some players after the game. Pretty cool. The level of play is pretty much Jules Verne league, but it is awesome to see some live hockey. When I went, Derek Plante, a former highly touted prospect for the Sabres, was playing. |

Actually, there aren't any teams in Seoul. One plays in Anyang and the other plays in Gangwondo. There might be a new team up in Ilsan next year though. |
