I am leaving and want to sell everything.

Option 1: Take over lease and buy my stuff for $1000 ono.

Option 2: Buy everything $1000 and move it to your own place.

This place is the nicest place in Yongsan, IMHO. Located in Haebangchon
50 meters from Indigos.

It is 30 peong (100m2) with 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms (1 ensuite and 1 inc bathtub) and seperate lounge and kitchen.

Its modern style, clean and spacious. Everyone who visits here loves the place, lots of light and sun.

I am leaving on April 1st and regret to move out.

The rent is $1000 per month and Key Money $3000.

Basically I cant be bothered selling everything seperately and so you can take over the lease with everything included...

I am not looking to sell seperately yet... Ill do that later if no one wants the house and furniture.
