c.The employee should cooperate with the faculty of Foreign Language Education Department and the university.

Terms of Employment:
a.The period of employment is from March 13, 2008 to June 13, 2008 (3 months).
b.The employer should notify the employee of the contract expiration three months before its expiration.
The contract can be renewed on the mutual agreement.
Salary and Other Benefits:
a.Salary: According to the budget, salary is fixed.
� A monthly basic salary is 2,500,000Won.
� Payment for the extra teaching work required by the university conforms to a separate regulation.
b.Other Benefits:
medical insurance (the university and the employee, each pays one half)

support of monthly housing rent not exceeding 300,000Won


You must cooperate with your employer. If that's not written in, are you allowed to be difficult?

This contract seems so desperate to me. The only people they could expect to get at this point are F- series visa holders, few of whom would be available or willing to work hakwon hours for a chump's salary. I know this contract looks good to some of you, but if you've got the qualifications, trust me, it's garbage. If it was for 12 hours/week and for a full year, it'd be a different story. Here's one more example of a school in for a rude awakening.

Also a bad cut/paste job when they placed their ad.

Yeah, I look at these and laugh too... wasting their advertising money.

The deadline is March 6th, but the application deadline is February 15th?

It's a three month contract and they have to notify you of the expiration three months before it finishes?
