Can someone help me figure out why the Wall Street Institute is so highly recommened on other threads?
Any detail would help like them offering block shifts and anything else.
Or maybe if someone could redirect me to some threads.

A little about me: I've been at an elementary school in the country with EPIK for about 2 years now and although I love the children themselves, I don't necessarily love teaching them and so I've been looking into seeing if I could find a job in Seoul teaching adults.
It's been my first job since I came to Korea and so I still feel like a newbie looking for a job in Seoul.
I think if people pay their own money to attend classes, they would be naturally more motivated on an intrinsic level.
Anyways, I have a little experience teaching adults cuz I had to teach the teachers in my school but I don't know if that's sufficient enough experience to get hired at an adult hogwon.

Anyways, anything will help. Thanks in advance.
