Which number is the visa number? Rather than post a picture of mine blurred out, here's a picture of someone else's Korean VISA I found on the internet. I found this on Flickr.
Is it the number on the same line as birthday and sex?

It's the number in the upper right hand corner. It starts with two letters indicating the embassy/consulate that issued the visa. FU for Fukuoka, CG for Chicago, etc. The number on the birthdate/sex line is just some sort of serial number, I believe.
http://sim.yonsei.ac.kr/etpk/visa/visa_immigration.html, then scroll down to the sample visa with explanation.

Thanks. It's bizarre what people post on the internet, and what things pull up by simply typing in "visa number korean" into google. |
