I can't seem to use the internet without having Outlook pop up at annoyingly frequent intervals. If I press backspace, it pops up. It seems more and more keys are becoming hotkeys to bring up Outlook, now hyphen, return, apostrphe, and some letters make it pop up, it's really aggravating.

have you done a virus/malware/spyware check recently?

sure it is a bit of a hassle to transfer over all the emails and address books but it is more secure and with the lighning add-on can do pretty much everything outlook can do

otherwise virus and malware scans with everthing you can get your hands on
