So, climb4life is a "criminal" because of Korean accident and insurance laws. Also, apparently some people have police records for things in Canada that don't seem criminal.

Is a police record going to keep you out of Korea, or is a criminal record going to keep you out?

What if Canada had decriminalized marijuana? Would possession then have not shown up on a CRC?
