forchristssakes! it's been nearly an hour searching for this ELT term and what it means! Evil or Very Mad

what does it stand for? Teachers Of Speakers English Learners or something? please, anybody? dog? please? Crying or Very sad

I think it's the name of the Owen Wilson character in 'zoolander.' Or no, he was 'tinsel' or something like that...
stumped!
maybe it's a bad spelling of 'tosser?' There is a 'toss english' hagwon in this country.

here's how to play,

a user posts an educational / ELT acronym, and the next user posts another acronym beginning with the last letter of the previous acronym... Cool

i.e.
poster1: ETL

poster2: LAGB
