We practice in Seomyon, on Saturdays, from 2-4, at the Migliore, on the 5th floor, in Club Chicago.
If you go to the Starbucks at Exit 5, you can stand in front of it such that the Lotte Department Store is to your left. To your right you'll see a mountain. In front of you is a major road. Follow that road toward the mountain until you see the Migliore. It is a large building with an outdoor stage.
The style is traditional, based on the Sivananda system as developed by Swami Visnu-devananda. We practice pranayama (breath control), and asana (pose). The style is meditative and integrates all eight limbs of ashtanga in every pose. All levels can practice happily in the class and feel an appropriate challenge.
The cost is W10,000 per session. The 5th session is free. As a practice of karma yoga (the yoga of selfless service), the instructors take no profits from teaching. The profits go to pay the rent for the studio, and what is generated beyond that will go to an orphanage.
