Even though I work a fair amount I still find myself with heaps of free time and I've pretty much given up on finding people to hangout with regularly. I've read a hundred books since I've been here, got a dog, was into photography for a minute, started cooking a lot... aside from all that I need something more productive to spend my time on.

I like:
doing stuff outside
kids
punk/hardcore music so anything to do with that
writing - any suggestions for anything writing related would be great
art - making it but not really looking at it

I don't know what I'm looking for, just something or a couple of little things. Volunteering would be good... or whatever. If you can help my mildly lost soul, I'd appreciate it. And if you just want to tell me what you do, that'd be cool too.

computer stuff

PS2(Ps3 when FFXIII comes out)

Used to go to Hapkido, but I have little time for that.

Well, I'll be in Seoul in April and I like outdoorsy stuff and punk rock. So if you want a girlfriend to run around with, let's hang out!

If you like punk and hardcore, why don't you just go to shows? There's usually a handful every weekend in Hongdae. Here are the two best places for information:

myspace.com/koreanpunks
www.brokeinkorea.proboards46.com

Foreign punks and skinheads tend to be a little more well-adjusted than the average waeg in this country, so there are lots of good people to hang out with.

Hi

Will be arriving in Korea in about 2 weeks or so. Love punk/hardcore music. Would be nice to know and have someone to talk to about music, etc. Tried PMing, but don't have the required 25 posts... Sad

Good luck

Just play WOW. That will eat up your free time . . . perhaps too much of it.

When the weather is nice I like to find two starbucks about an hour walk away and then figure out how to walk between them. So like walk from the City hall starbucks to the Edae starbucks. Amazing what you find on foot.

For your future: teaching skills + computer skills is a good base for a future career in the corporate world. If you don't have computer skills, try to get some.

Hey I'd definitely love a girl friend, my biggest complaint here I guess is that I only meet guys. Shouldn't complain, they're all awesome, but some girl friends would make life sweeter.

My email is [email protected], I'm on facebook too (it's easy to keep in touch that way?) and myspace... oh, internet social networking.. anyway, drop me an email or something so we can keep in touch and then meet up once you're here. Where will you be living?
