FURNITURE TAKEN BUT MOTORBIKE STILL AVAILABLE

After nearly 5 years, my wife and I are leaving Korea for good. We have had this apartment for quite a long time and we absolutely love it!

It's located in Itaewon (Kyong-ri-dan), just above Taco Chili Chili in the quiet embassy area of Itaewon. 5 minutes to the bus station, 5 minutes to Noksapyeong subway station, 5 minutes to Itaewon, 7 minutes to Indigo or Philly's.

We're looking for someone to take over our apartment with all furniture, appliances and housewares included. OR, if you want to furnish your own apartment, here's a good chance to get your whole place furnished for cheap. We're asking 700,000 won obo for everything as a whole.

1. The apartment. $850 a month, with 5 Million Key money. The landlord is a really nice old man that speaks English well. He lives in another city but comes and sweeps the apartment's steps and rooftop a few times a month. Very relaxed.

Sunny, quiet, safe, next door foreigner's compound has a security guard out front, 3 bedrooms, 1 large master, 2 regular sized rooms. There are 3 wall to ceiling wardrobes in the 2nd bedroom. Huge storage area.
1 bathroom with a bathtub.
2 balconies.
Sunny, quiet area and a HUUUUUGE rooftop with a view, perfect for BBQ's.
Only 3 apartments in the building, we're on the 2nd floor and take up the whole floor.
Quiet building.

2. The things that 700,000 won would buy you.

1. 32" Samsung TV
2. Playstation 2 with games
3. Goose-down, super comfy sofa (like back home)
4. Armchair
5. Coffee table
6. Plants
7. Bookcases
8. Nice end table
9. 8 floor cushions

10. Costco coffee maker
11. wooden cabinet
12. wood/glass table and 2 chairs
13. dish drying racks x3
14. frying pans, x2
15. pots x3
16. cutlery and cooking tools
17. dishes, bowls, plates, cups, glasses
18. wine glasses x4
19. blender
20. strainers
21. ice cube trays
22. metal shelves for the pantry
23. towels, dish towels
24. cutting board

25. computer, P4 2.4, 480 ram, windows xp, dvd, optical mouse, keyboard, 20+ cdr's, etc.
26. bookcase with built in desk and 3 drawer dresser, plus and additional 5 drawer dresser
27. suitcases x3

28. Queen size mattress
29. Nice, solid wood and metal bedframe
30. bookcases x2
31. lamps x2
32. digital scale
33. Ikea curtains and rods

I am also selling my motorcycle. It is a 1999 Hyosung RX-125 dirtbike. This is the last year the parts were made in Japan, 2000 and up they started making them in Korea. 19,000 KM, starts first time, every time, no accidents and perfect for the urban jungle of Seoul. Bike is yellow/white/black. Comes with all of the papers should you choose to register it. Also has a big lock and a black helmet. 900,000 won obo

I second that! I'd jump all over it if I had concrete plans for the future. Someone should take advantage of this soon I would think.
