This video is unbelievable. I would say this sheriff's office is going to be bankrupted by the lawsuit dude will certainly file. Someone needs to take a 2x4 to this cop's head:

So Jessie Jackson, Al Sharpton and the rest of those racist idiots aren't concerned about bad things happening to people, they're only concerned about bad things happening to Black people done by white people...which makes them RACIST.

Get your facts right. Jim Crow began 140 years ago, and ended 40 year ago. There are still families today in the Deep South that owe landowners and shady merchants for debts incurred during sharecropping era. Jackson and Sharpton play the race card b/c they're media whores and they know how to take a valid issue and turn into a charade for their own interests.
What am I advocating that makes me a hypocrite? |

It most certainly will not be bankrupted. The Federal Government, and the overwhelming majority of local governments, are immune to torts suits.
The individual officer? He might be screwed. |
