Do any of you that are research-savvy have any stats or references that you can direct me to that gives info on how many english hogwans (not any hogwan, which would be inclusive of piano hogwans, ballet hogwans, etc.., but english.) there are in Korea and/or the Korean ESL industry's gross revenue and performance over the years?

Not looking for personal takes of 'When I was here pre-IMF, I noticed that...', just hoping to source out some concrete findings from studies done by media or governmental bodies.

I would think that korea's census would have the info on that. At Uni whenever i had to do statistical analysis, i always used statscanada. I'm sure korea has a similar government body with a web page.
