Hey everyone, I read an article in the Korean Times today about a foreign teacher who was badly burned in a fire here in Seoul. 70% of his body is covered in 3rd degree burns and he has NO health insurance. His family and friends set up a website to try to raise money to help fund the estimated $100,000 of treatments that he will need.

I can't even imagine what this guy is going through. Please check his site and pass along to others:

U r the moron. Is there any proof this isn't a scam?

Edit: Cause if it's in a Korean newsrag it must be true.

Any credible sources? I'm happy to give a chunk of coin to somebody that needs it. I'm noy as stupid as some of you guys who throw money at every poor case out there. I hope some of you never get an email from Nigerian nobility.....

My post was entirely exclusive to the inability of the OP to read five lines down the page to look for a similar thread before posting another one about the same goddam thing.

Gave my donation I did. Never said it didn't happen.

But Korean peopres no still have insurance not usa in. Very Happy

There is nothing that I can say to change the minds of those who think this is a scam except scream at the top my lungs, "THIS IS NOT A SCAM!"

So I will not bother with those people.

To everyone else, PLEASE DONATE!

Please.

Its 100% not a scam. I don't know him well but I met the guy a few times. I also saw the fire being extinguished in Haebanchon...It's a horrible situation for the guy and his family, they need any help they can get.
