Strictly speaking, language-exchange is illegal. There's a thread on here somewhere about meeting Korean MILFs and someone has mentioned language-exchanges there. I'm not joking. |

I have yet to hear of ANYONE getting in trouble for language exchanges. Illegal private tutoring (pay) sure. Language exchange, no.
OP, I met both of my language exchange partners on seoul.craigslist.com. |

Walk down the street. Take a bus. Not trying to be a smart ass but this is something you don't have to hunt down. Eventually you'll be asked by most of the Koreans you know and many you don't. |

My best language exchanges have been university students in the English language education department. They are keen to learn English and they've usually had some training in teaching by the third year. |
