Hi guys/gals,
Is it possible for me to take the audio track from a video file and make an audio-only file? Also, can I then cut that audio file up into tracks for ease of navigation on my iPod?
If yes, what program should I use?

| Yes, it's possible. I haven't done it recently so I don't know which program to recommend, but try searching download.com for free media programs. They usually have tons, along with reviews and descriptions. |
