I recently moved into a new officetel in Suwon and my internet wasn't working very well. I decided to try TCP Optimizer. I have a 4 year old computer. I'm not a computer guy, but tried it anyways. I set my internet connection at 3000 kbps. My internet is running better, but not great. Just wondering what speed should I set it at and are there any other settings I should change. I ran a speed test after making the changes and It was about 350 for download and 4000 for upload. |

That sounds about right. If youre getting 350 kilobytes a second, that should be 2800 kilobits a second (8 bits in a byte). But honestly I don't think TCP optimizing helps that much if your connection is already somewhat fast (as in, over 100 KB/s) |
