Just got my documents back from the Toronto Consulate, and there were no problems...

I gave them CRC with VSS from my local police dept., and a notarized copy....my diploma and a notarized copy, and a sealed transcript....
and they sent the documents back to me in 3 business days...stamped with their seal of approval!
