i think i'm going to do a weekend trip to daejeon, but just one night. pretty much just for the sake of getting out of seoul. is there anything worth seeing, or any cool bars to check out? or, am i better off going somewhere else? i figure daejeon is pretty big, so there must be something to do. if daejeon isn't worthwhile, what's a better alternative? i've already been to suwon, choneon, incheon, daegu, and busan, and i want to go somewhere reasonably close to seoul, 1 or 2 hours away, since i'm only staying one night.

You can go to Yuseong and soak in some hot springs...

There's a gyeryong mountain that you can hike up, if you are into that sort of thing...

Other than that.. nothing much to do in Daejeon.
