Anyone know where I can get some? I'm not in Seoul, but in Yangsan near Ulsan as of tomorrow. Size is 14-16W on my White Stag black knit pants. Korean washers are wearing out my clothes. Probably would be a size 18 in another size pants. Would like black, dark blue or brown ones. If you have any to sell or can direct me to someplace to buy online, I would really appreciate it.

I heard you can buy larger sizes in the Itaewon area of Seoul. If you don't want to make the trip, perhaps you could have a tailor make you some pants. I think it's not expensive at all. Otherwise there are some stores that ship internationally. Try places like LL Bean, Eddie Bauer, etc.
There are many stores online in Korea, but they're all in Korean! So if you want to go that route ask a Korean for help *^^*

Sounds like a tough spot...
A friend of mine that is, perhaps, a 20/22 has bought pants at one place in Itaewon, but says beware, the styles are, more often than not, less than desirable.

Gap online goes up higher in size than in the store and I think they would ship. (or do you have someone that would forward it from your home country?)

Also, I have had clothing tailor made here and its looks and wears really well. Its not expensive and will keep you looking great without the horror of hunting for clothing Wink

Good luck.

Thanks for all the replies and pms. How much is "not expensive" to have pants made by a tailor, including the cloth?
I don't live in Seoul and won't be able to get there anytime soon. Hope to try Busan's Nampodong in the next two weeks!

OP, try OK Big and tall in Itaewon. Since you live a ways of from Seoul, here are the contact numbers : 02-792 2951/0167244937. The store owner speaks English and has a range of casual and business formal attire. Good luck!

A&H outlet Stores have some larger size clothes. There is one at Young san Station on the first basement floor towards Hana Bank. There is also on in Etaewon across the street from the International clinic. ( East up the hill from the station) They have a lot of designer labels and are well priced.
