| My Seagate drive on my notebook crashed. I need to get it replaced. Anyone know where the A/S center for Seagate is? It's less than a year old so I know its still under warranty. |

you need to call this number ( 007.98.8521.7635 ) to get a return authorization number issued for your defective drive. they should be able to provide an address or method for exchange.
the korean contact page --> 보증 says they have english speaking agents.
hours:
Monday to Thursday: 9:30 A.M. to 11:00 P.M.
Friday: 9:30 AM to 10:00 PM |
