Everyone knows you need references to get a decent job back home.

Has anyone successfully used a Korean boss/manager/supervisor/head teacher as a reference for a job back home???

Thanks.

Just get them to write a letter of reference when you leave.

Better yet, write it yourself and have them sign it.

most people i know that've left just asked for a reference letter. their bosses told them to write it themselves and they would sign it. simple as that.
