Hey there, old timers! So you're movin on.
Good luck finding prosperity, happiness, and a little respect.
Sooner or later, most of us will be following you. Please pass on a little advice once you get there.
Customs are always a big question mark when moving. As in crossing the border. I wonder how it will be moving your stuff either back home or to a new location.
Will you have to pay duty on things like DVDs, etc?
And the big mystery, will you be able to take your .AVIs, MP3s, etc. with you, either on an external hard drive, laptop, burned on DVDs, etc?
Any other questions?
Again, good luck finding greener pastures!
Oh, and will the last person to leave please turn out the lights.

personal experience from travelling within North America is that I've never had digital data examined - they really don't give a shit about that stuff. They care about drugs, weapons, and booze. A crappy divx of Shakespeare in Love isn't going to raise any eyebrows. |
