Apartment in Itaewon!
Hello! I'm leaving Korea very soon and need to either sell all my
stuff or have someone move into my fully furnished apartment. Best
case scenario: you or someone you know who's looking for a new place
moves into my apartment.
Here's the deal: I will be out of my Itaewon one bedroom apartment in
two weeks on March 1st. You can move in on March 2nd, if you'd like.
You will be getting a full furnished apartment for a great price. I
haven't spoken to my landlord about whether or not he's going to
change the rent and key money, but I doubt he will. Quick info. about
my place:
Rent: 300,000/month (If you're familiar with housing costs in Seoul,
this place is a bargain by all means. In fact, you'd be hard pressed
to find a place as cheap as this in the area. There are hasukjips and
goshiwons that cost more money than this place! No, it isn't terribly
fancy, nor is it a brand new officetel, but it's cozy and a great size
for either a couple looking to save money or a single person. It's a
roof-top apartment, so you'll have direct access to the rooftop. If
you wanted, you could have parties up there when the weather gets nicer.)
Key money: 3 million won (Again, if you're familiar with how much
other landlords want for key money, 3 million isn't bad at all.)
Location: Itaewon 2-dong. I'm in an area called Kyeongnidan. It's
about a 7 minute walk to the Noksapyeong subway station on line 6, and
a 10-15 minute walk to the main street in Itaewon. There are tons of
really yummy restaurants in both Itaewon and very close to my
apartment. The Itaewon area is a great location b/c it's very central
in Seoul and it's pretty easy to get anywhere from here via bus and
subway. There's also an inexpensive gym (about 38,000 won/month)
right behind the building, which I've found to be incredibly convenient.
Perks: You pay me a VERY low price (we can negotiate, but, trust me,
I'm willing to let this go for a very minimal fee) and I'll give you
ALL my furniture and appliances. You'll be walking into a fully
furnished apartment. This includes a queen sized bed, awesome desk
with attached bookshelf, tv, tv stand, kitchen utensils, microwave,
fridge, washing machine, etc. When I moved into the apartment there
was nothing here, not even a fridge, so I had to buy everything. If
you try to find a fully furnished apartment in Seoul, you'll be paying
a lot more than 300,000 won per month, I guarantee. I don't get
anything for finding a new tenant for my landlord. I just want to get
rid of all my stuff the easiest way possible.
If you want to see pictures of the apartment (say, if you're not in
Korea at the moment) or if you want to stop by and see it, give me a
call at 010-9957-9633 or email me at HampsonYoonme@ gmail.com.
If no one seems interested in this offer, then I'm going to be sending
out another email very soon b/c I'll need to sell all my stuff.
Thanks guys! Feel free to forward this message out to anyone you know
that's in the market for a new place to live. =)
Hope to hear from someone soon!

Ummm.. today is March 1st. Your post dates February 29th, yet you are leaving the apartment in two weeks? You have managed to successfully confuse me. |
