I had this cheap a** roomate who was dating this girl that he ended up turning into the worlds biggest mooch. You know who this guy is, he is the guy that shows up to the bar but has seemingly left his wallet elsewhere. "Dude can you spot me?" If I had 3.50 + tip every time I heard that one.

Anyways, he's dating this chick and over a couple months she is spending more and more time at our house (Me + 3 other roommates + the mooch.) (Keep in mind the mooch roommate lost his virginity to this chick, so in his newly sexed-mind makes it possible to have his barely formed amoeba spine crushed but that succubus he is dating). Ugh, they're cuddly on our couch, baby talking to one another watching crap TV. It's disgusting. Slowly she starts moving some kitchen utensils in to our house. She told us she was moving into another place and had this all extra. Do you see where this is going?!

So it wasn't until Thanksgiving day weekend when our mooch roommate left to see family that we noticed his girlfriend .... NEVER LEFT OUR HOUSE. Thursday - still at the house! Friday - hasn't left the couch! Saturday - have you even showered? Sunday - we need to talk! It didn't take long for us to realize that when she said she was moving into another place - she meant our place!

We confronted her and the mooch and said she's gotta pay rent or something. They said they share the same room so technically ... yeah technically it was someone else in the kitchen, in the shower, in the living room watching reality TV but they didn't see it that way. When they didn't see it out way she throws this wild tantrum citing that we "didn't like her" and why is it ok that "all the other roommates have their girlfriends over?"
Trying to save a buck they were.

She ended up finding her own joint that wasn't ours so that was good for us. She gained a bunch of weight and developed a serious acne problem - also good for us! My mooch roommate dumped her and starting banging other chicks - good for him!

Also, good for us? Giving him a hard time about that beast he used to bag nightly! Worth every pint of beer I had to front for that punk!

I have had quite a few roomies over the years...alcholics, druggies, perverts, normal people, good hearted people...i have seen them all I think.

One that stands out was here in Korea. I think the person is still here in Korea. I also thinks that they check out this site as well. But even if they are still here, there is no point in going off about their actions. It was a while ago and at the end of the day, their heart was in the right place, just didn't think too much.

Im just happy my roomie days are over. Never again. Never.

Back home, a few. None here because even from the start of my ESL career, I made absolutely sure never to work for a place with shared housing. Too many nuts in this business, it's bad enough I have to work with them.
