I have a relatively large and expensive painting that I would like professionally framed (behind glass, preferably, since I have kids). If anyone can recommend a good framer, perhaps one with a website (since I live out in the sticks), I would much appreciate it.
Thanks.

Sorry that I don't have a shop in particular to mention, but while walking near Samgakji station, I noticed that there are tonnes of framing shops around. I think it must be a kind of district.

Well, if they're anything like Korean builders or furniture makers, I bet it'll be a crap job.

Don't speak so fast. Framing is not as difficult as making furniture. I know because I worked in a frame shop. Generally, framing materials are quite cheap. You cut the frame into four pieces all at a 45 degree angle, smack some wood glue on, hitch it into a setter thingamajig, then shoot a nail into it, then putty spackle over the nail. It really isn't that hard. Blind people could do it pretty easily.

With that said, you should frame your avatar.
