Well, I'm ticked.

Almost every website I direct Firefox to at work (public school in Chungju) redirects me to this piece of crap: http://117.110.120.52/tim/setup/administrator/tdchkocx_59.asp?reurl=http://117.110.120.52/tim/setup/administrator/tdinstall_59.html&chk=internet&userip=172.19.157.113&inittype=0&inittime=1&guid={4AFCCF10-2BF9-44DD-8ECF-312734B48EE2}&blocktype=frame&url=http://www.eslcafe.com/?&layer=top

I'm hardly an expert but I'm guessing that since the Chungcheongbukdo Office of Education has decided to implement this whatever-it-is Torinet-ActiveX-plugin-crapola my Firefox is screwed. Can anyone tell me otherwise?

it looks like they are redirecting you to a local server and trying to install someting via activex. maybe to monitor the traffic and content.

For almost all Korean sites with any kind of interactivity, Internet Explorer is required. Hate it or not, that's the way it is.
