I am interested in picking up a cheap pay-as-you-go mobile phone. I don't care about make/model/features, only that it already has a number and all I need to do is take it and put credit on it.
I am in Gwangyang, so unless you're in Suncheon you'd have to ship it.
I came to Gwangju today to look at the electronics market but it seems as though everything they've got is new.
Any advice on where to find an old junker phone would be appreciated as well. |

| Just be sure to have the original (registered) owner go with you to re-register or u cd find yourself phoneless by the end of the month, (new rules). |

When I registered both of my handsets I just had to show my ID and my wife s id for her phone.
Both were second hand. |
