| I went grocery shopping for the first time today, and was pretty stunned at the lack of vegetables that were available. There were onions and peppers, and a small assortment of other things, but most of the produce section was comprised of herbs. What's the deal? |

| I don't know where you are located, but you can try Homever. I'm happy with what I can find there and they have nice stuff to make salads. Hope this helps. |

| It may have been that one particular market. Most of the ones around our place have a good assortment of vegetables. |

in the markets on the street (haven't found celery though). |

You've got it nice in Thailand. Produce there is cheap, plentiful and of high quality. |

| Just eat any stray dog you can find if you're on a budget, no one will care. |
