Is it normal for the korean teachers to switch grades each year? i just found out that the teacher with the second best english-speaking ability in the school is teaching 1st grade MS, when she should be teaching 3rd, and one of the poorest teachers is now 3rd level.
does this always happen each year? |

At my small little school, the English teachers (all two of them) will decide which groups they will teach between them. From last year to this year they changed around.
At my friend's school the teacher with the best speaking ability (I'm surprised at how good she is) has been moved from 1st Level to 3rd Level.
Does that mean you will be teaching with the lower level teacher in the 3rd grade Nomad-ish? Seems strange that the 3rd grade really should be having the better teacher. |
