A sunny, quiet, two room villa apartment available,
with view of trees out one side and across the Busan Jingu valley (Gaya, Gaegum, and the hills across the river) out the main rooms.
Peaceful and quiet up amongst the trees.
Three minutes from the bus stop on the main road.
Five minutes walk from O'Briens, and the subway station.
Ten minutes walk from Home Plus and the computer shops of Gaegum.
Two bus stops/ subway stops from Seomyeon one way, and a few from shopping in Sasang.
Semi furnished option if required: washing machine, refrigerator, double-ring gas cooker, single wardrobe and two bookshelves all included.
Chunsae (Bond/ Key money) w5 million
Walsae (monthly rent) w300,000
Qualibi (building maintenance charge) w10,000
Available for viewing this week: Friday and Saturday 14th and 15th March.
