With Kids Club you have about an 80% chance of getting screwed one way or another.
Be careful checking with people who work there now AND read the contract carefully as well. They have lots of nasty and illegal clauses in their stock contract.

Very few good kids clubs. There are two kinds of Kids Clubs.
1: LCI Kids Club
2: Kids Club
--The Kids Club franchise is loosely organized by the main company (school) but they usually just do what they want. Check the contract for:
1: Pension
2: Severance
3: Healthcare
4: Taxes
5: Salary pay date (could be 10th of every month)
6: Anything else they say or promise
---They will strongly try to use a stock contract on you which will not include many things. Be careful. |
