I love BTS. Though the live shows can get WAAAaaaaaY too jammy. The last time I saw them live the "Velvet Watz", already a long song" went on for over 30 minutes.
If you like BTS check out Doug Martsch's solo album. It's like 'what if BTS did a bluegrass album'. |

Love built to spill but haven't listened to them in ages.
The side project Dough March did with umm....who is the guy that runs K records and sings for dub narcotic sound system? Anyways, that album is absolute pure gold. |

(P.S., I'm still on the BtS kick... I can't put this shit down. I think it's reminding me of home.) |

My recent renaissance has been Jets to Brazil/Jawbreaker.
But this post inspired me to look up BTS on last.fm and relive Carry the Zero for a moment. Man. |

I didn't even listen to the last two albums. Were they ancient melodies and you in reverse? I remember some people telling me that they were great and others saying that the band had lost it.
I'm downloading both at the moment. |

This thread reminds me of three reasons I hate being here. I can subdue all of them quickly, but when I do remember, its stings like broken glass on bare feet.
1) I saw BTS here, when I lived a block away. We have nothing like this in Korea. Here I get Bjork and The Indigo. TY for trying anyway. Sorry about the chip.

The Crocodile Cafe is pleased to offer an eclectic and original format of live music and performance. We are proud to be a part of Seattle's diverse and artistic community. The Croc welcomes all patrons, but does not tolerate bigotry, sexism, or racism in any form.
The Crocodile also serves up a mean breakfast 6 days a week. Check out our selections of basics, huge omelettes, daily morning specials and a stack of Spud possibilities. Try a Crocodile Mary (a bloody Mary with bite), Mimosa (champagne & fresh squeezed orange juice) or a good ol' cup of Joe with your morning feast.
For lunch and dinner, we proudly serve an extensive burger menu, (beef, chicken & veggie), heaping pastas and luscious salads. We feature daily fresh prepared specials, soups and desserts. So whether you're here to enjoy the vibe, patrons, great food or good music, just sit back, relax and gaze through our huge windows. Be sure to try one of our fantastic homemade desserts and a good cup of Joe, relax and enjoy... |
2) Being some place much cooler ie Krakow.
3) Being away from Mom and the family. I get tired of these people quick but this 5 years away at a stretch is too much. |
