Howdy ya'll,

Lost my card phone so it's time to bite the bullet and get a subscription phone. I have two questions:

1) Which is the best provider? Do the KTF member perks make it a better choice?

2) What's the story with all the "free" phones? Is it some kind of bait and switch to lock you into a long contract/higher rates? If so, is it better to just buy your own phone (at Yongsan, for example) and then go get it hooked up?

Thanks
