Yongsan. There are software stores everywhere that can sell OEM or retail copies. |

I can only imagine a vendor being freaked out as to why you might want to buy a legal copy. |

There are Microsoft kiosks in the I'Park mall (upstairs at yongsan station) as well as the microsoft store in the terminal building.
They have (legal) all the versions of MS products that you want (XP - all flavors, Vista - all flavors, office - all versions) and you can get them in the language of your choice (English).

Here you go....English Vista (danawa). I ordered Vista Home Premium 64-bit DSP by using danawa and did not have any problems. |

I picked up a bonafide XP Home edition for about 100,000 won. Saves all kinds of hassle with updates. |
