At first, I thought I was lucky. My ondol is also in English. The settings were all explained, and it works really well....sometimes.

The bloody thing goes on 'beeping' rampages at random. I can't figure out what the hell the problem is.

To give you an example: Last night, it was set at 18 and sleeping. This is about the same setting we use every night. At 1:00 am it starts beeping. I had to get up to reset it. The problem is, it wouldn't reset! It continued to beep for a good half hour. I tried every other setting and reset combo I could come up with, to no avail!

This kind of thing happens all the time, without warning, no matter what setting or temp is being used.

Can anyone shed any light on WHY and HOW to fix it?

NB: I tried the search function. It never works for me!

Top it off. Open the add water valve on the bottom untill water comes out the overflow hose.
